Kuvaus
The Pugio Single Edge, otherwise identical to the popular Pugio Dagger, features a single sharpened edge opposed to the previous model’s double edge. Designed to allow this model to be owned in those countries where double edged daggers are either illegal or fall under the same regulations that control firearms ownership (Italy is such a country), the Pugio Single Edge features a symmetrical leaf blade with a single, hollow ground, razor-sharp edge.
The blade is manufactured from N690 steel stock, hardened to 58 HRC, is 110 mm long with a thickness of 6.3mm and lacks guards, to avoid possible entanglement with clothing or webbing during close combat. The blade is finished with a durable MIL-C-13924 compliant finish.
The total lentgh of the Pugio is 210mm, and weigths 200 grams.
Extrema Ratioʼs Pugioʼs cuttlebone shaped handle recalls the long Caucasian knives, made of Forprene material.
